I received a call from a repeat customer that needed her rental condominium carpets cleaned as she was moving out. She asked if additional work could be done to remove the pet stains. I cautiously didn't promise that all stains will be removed but I am pleased to share today's results. After taking my time - another happy customer!
A nice way to end the day!
Pet stains penetrate beneath the carpet surface and may even make it into the underpad. We do our best to remove as much of the urine on the initial visit. As the carpet dries any urine that wasn't completely removed may resurface. This is called wickback. Much like a candle wick drawing the wax up slowly. To give our customers a peace of mind we offer a complimentary follow up treatment.
